During construction phase activities, Tailbay assists owners and lenders with ongoing consultation throughout the State of Maine, while working with the Construction Project Manager, to monitor project performance, reduce the cost of changes to the project and schedule delays through competent audit of financial instruments, pay applications, conditional and unconditional lien waivers, change order documentation, schedule monitoring based upon real-time performance data, and progress completion based on quantitative survey. In addition, we provide third-party monitoring of labor contracts under the Davis Bacon Act.

Tailbay, LLC provides executive reporting while providing legal reliance of the information being reported on with up-to-date snapshots of the performance of existing project portfolios.
